She's my sole supplier of Jayne Hats for the conventions at which I have a table in the dealers' room. I can vouch for all the above mentioned things: her love of Firefly, her attention to detail, her care of her product and the service and follow up she provides her customers! Her work is great quality, her packaging is squee worthy, and the extra goodies she includes? Shiny! She's made over 300 Browncoats very happy (and have toasty heads) with her very cunning hats.
