		<description>Vitamins have always made me nauseous too, especially on an empty stomach, etc.  I too avoided taking them because of that.  My brother suggested taking them with milk, which is what he does, and lo and behold, no more nausea!  I can take several supplements (multi, extra calcium, D, etc.) with no problem as long as I swallow them with milk!</description>

		<description>I like the chewable vitamins from Trader Joes.  They&#039;re not exactly delicious, but they&#039;re okay.  At least I&#039;m pretty confident I don&#039;t have a selenium deficiency.</description>
