Stomper, I had the same thought -- and it's a good one. It would make a great first-aid/emergency kit. The only problem is if I had to use it I am sure I would get it bloody, wet, dirty, or some combination thereof, which would make me sad. The cassette tape purses are very realistic too. It looks like she does a great job. Hey thanks for the reference to the site...it's pretty cool. Yet another site that has "hand made beads"! Just a thought with regards to use, do you have any small things in your emergency kit that you'd like to keep together and easy to find? Of course (hopefully) you wouldn't see cute little purse very often. Or what about a small sewing kit (a small set of scissors like the Leatherman Micra, a few needles, a few safety pins and some thread (variety of colors)? Do you take vitamins at specific times of the day? It could be a cute carry case for your baggie of vits. Sorry that's all I can come up with since it's unlikely you carry makeup of any sorts.
