		<description>I was sitting here screaming, flip the lever, flip the lever!  I&#039;m sure one of two things would happen.  1.  Release tension on the belt allowing you to remove the brush.  or 2.  The entire base of the vacuum falls apart, possibly with springs in flight.</description>
