		<description>About time they recognized your brilliance.  Congratulations on what sounds like a great settling in.  In regards to corporate culture -

I find that a lot of people fall into a kind of funk in large environments.  But, if you can snap them out of the funk, you can actually get to know the real them.  But it can take some work.  Was part of the reason back at W&amp;M I always made eye contact, smiled, and said hello to strangers walking about.
