Here are my first impressions on the Amazon Kindle Fire. It is great for consuming Amazon video and music. The rest of the device is a complex web of expectations and past experience. If you’ve never owned a tablet or Android device before, have a lot of Amazon content, and want a tablet form factor for less than $200, the Fire may be for you.
